I’m no saint, but I am finding myself feeling sorry for the man and praying for him and his family. Part of it is “there but for the grace of God go I.” But the opposite is also true: “There I go, and I do the same things. But the grace of God has been and is sufficient for me.” Let us hope and pray that Rep. Weiner finds the same freedom in Christ which many of us have found.
